Not everyone wants a villa, and for a lot of my clients a well-run condo in the right spot is the smarter buy — easier to lock up and leave, easier to rent, and freehold in your own name. Zensiri Residences is a low-rise condo in central Jomtien: two seven-storey buildings, 126 units, built around three pools.
Low-rise matters here. It keeps things human-scale and the maintenance fees sensible, while still giving you the facilities of a bigger project — three pools, a kids' pool with a slide, jacuzzi, fitness centre, steam rooms, and a co-working floor with a meeting room.

Fred's honest take
For a rental-focused or lock-up-and-leave buyer, this is the more sensible Zensiri: freehold in your name, low-rise so the fees stay reasonable, and central Jomtien is the part of Pattaya with the deepest, most reliable long-term rental demand. Check the foreign-quota availability on the unit you want before you fall for a specific view.

How foreigners own here
As a condominium, foreign buyers can own outright — freehold, in their own name — within the building's 49% foreign quota (worth confirming availability early). I explain the whole picture — honestly — in my guide to buying property in Thailand. Always use an independent lawyer.
