A private pool villa you can live in within walking distance of Jomtien's cafés, restaurants and beach road is a rare thing — central land is usually swallowed by condos. Zensiri Estates is 26 luxury villas that manage exactly that.
They're turn-key: a furniture package with branded appliances is included, so it's genuinely move-in ready, not a shell. Saltwater pools, Daikin air-conditioning, double garages, underground utilities and optional smart-home technology. Three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts, some with an optional guesthouse.

Fred's honest take
Central location plus a private villa almost never come together in Jomtien — usually you pick one. Turn-key and furnished means no waiting and no fit-out headache. If you want to be walkable to the beach and the expat hub but still have your own pool and gate, this is a genuinely short list, and Zensiri Estates is on it.

How foreigners own here
Thai buyers can own freehold; foreign buyers use a registered leasehold (up to 30 years, renewable), typically with a superficies right over the villa itself. I explain the whole picture — honestly — in my guide to buying property in Thailand. Always use an independent lawyer.
